Your Labour Councillor for Chorley North & Astley
Adrian was born in Chorley and has lived in the Borough all his life. He is married and lives in the ward he represents. He has been a Councillor for many years, first serving from 1990 to 1994 and then from 1995 through to the present day.
Adrian is the Executive Member for Customer Service and Environment, responsible for all the Council’s frontline maintenance teams and other services.
He is retired and regularly attends Astley Village parish council and other community forums.
He has been supporting residents with their objections to proposed unnecessary and unsuitable developments in the area. He has secured environmental improvements in the area through the redevelopment of play areas and the provision of wildlife meadows.
In Chorley North and Astley, he regularly does street surgeries and takes up residents’ concerns.
