Danny was born in Chorley and moved to Germany with his parents when he was 2 months old. He returned to England when he was 9 yrs old and attended Salesian college Chertsey and St Augustine high school Chorley.

Danny has worked in the Merchant Navy, ROF Chorley and British Nuclear Fuels Preston. He is now retired. He is married with one daughter and two grandchildren.

Danny has been a councillor for 30 years and has represented Euxton in all that time. He has campaigned about house building, road safety, a new railway station, the sand quarry and many other issues.

Danny is the lead member for Chorley town centre and market.

Danny says ‘ l am proud to represent Euxton and what the labour administration has done for Euxton and Chorley.’
