Jenny Whiffen is a proud resident of Chorley who lives in the Whittle-le-Woods part of Chorley North East Ward and has been a Councillor since 2021. She works as a professional actor.
Since being elected, Jenny has been working alongside ward colleagues Gordon and Margaret France on a range of local projects. She has helped with the to fight against housing development on Black Lion Field and Paradise Street. She has been working with residents striving to combat the impacts of flooding in Brinscall and Withnell and helped to clean the Redrow roundabout in Whittle-le-Woods.
Jenny is delighted to have secured some additional speeding signage in Higher Wheelton after listening to the concerns of residents and has been outspoken against the proposed parliamentary boundary changes that risk splitting our area from its historic links with Chorley.
Jenny is worked hard to make Chorley North East a great place for all residents to live.
