June Molyneaux
Your Labour Councillor for Adlington & Anderton
June Molyneaux is a retired primary school teacher who has served as a councillor for over twenty years.
Born and raised in Adlington, June is involved in many local groups. She has supported the local Luncheon Club in providing meals to local residents. June is also involved in the re-launch of the Friendship Group, bringing people together for a brew and a chat.
June has supported young people, helping the Scout group in purchasing equipment, and helping provide recreational activities during the holidays.
She has supported residents in their attempts to improve bus and train services in the area, and in opposing the Boundary Commission’s plans to remove Adlington, Anderton and Rivington from the Chorley Parliamentary constituency.
June is proud to be a councillor for her home area.
