Michelle has lived in the Clayton-le-Woods area for over 40 years and has raised her family here along with her husband. She has been a school governor for 9 years and is passionate about equality of access to opportunities, education and health services.
Having worked for the NHS for 27, Michelle is a strong supporter of our excellent healthcare workers. She understands that the current cost of living crisis is impacting everyone and is keen to support local families and the community, working hard for residents to assist those that are affected by the impact on their daily lives.
Michelle and the local Labour Team are equally passionate about our local green spaces and the environment we live in and recognising the impact of increased traffic and the road safety concerns of our residents, following the significant housing development we have seen locally.
