Your Labour Councillor for Euxton

Tommy was born and bred in Chorley. He is married with three daughters. He was a parish councillor representing Euxton for 30 years before retiring and has been a Borough Councillor for over 16 years. He has given 100% to both roles to help make Euxton a better, safer and happy place to live.Tommy is an active campaigner against unwanted development and for safer roads. He regularly walks around the ward talking and asking residents if they have any problems he can help them with. He has campaigned for a local pedestrian crossing on Runshaw Lane for 20 years and now there are two.Tommy has also fought hard against the Gladman’s development on Pear Tree Lane which the council won twice but sadly lost on appeal. He also fought and campaigned hard to keep Chorley A&E open and was regularly outside the hospital Saturday mornings for over two years and we now have an A&E for 12 hours a day.
