Your Labour Councillor for Adlington & Anderton

Kim Snape has been a councillor for 12 years where she represents Adlington & Anderton ward on Chorley Council and Chorley Rural East on Lancashire County Council.

Kim has been an active campaigner for many years and currently works for a national charity as a Local Campaigns Officer for the North of England working with volunteers, helping people to overcome issues and campaign on things that matter to them day in and day out. Kim is very passionate about breaking down barriers that impact residents in the area.

Since being elected, Kim has strived to be a visible councillor out and about in her patch regularly listening to residents’ views. Kim has successfully campaigned to retain Adlington library, re-open Adlington clinic, and lobbied for broadband improvements and better bus services and rail provision.

Kim looks forward to continuing to be a proactive local councillor working with residents across our villages.
